President Ruto has been called out by many people for the mass killings that have been taking place in the country for the last one week. The protest are being led by the young generation Genzs who are fighting against bad leadership and calling upon corruption in the country and not like before where people fought over tribe, political parties and religion.
Since when the demonstrations began a week ago many young people have lost their lives and others nursing serious injuries.
This has prompted the Gikuyu elders to react to the matter. The Agikuyu elders are well known for supporting the president bid in 2022 election. Today they have condemned the mass killings of several young people especially In Githurai.
