Today as the demonstrations entered a new week things happened a little different as today there was vandalism by hired goons, theft on various city stores and shops in both Nairobi and other parts of the country. This has left many uncertain about the security of their properties.

However a video of a young lady has gone viral. The young lady was on the protests with a hockey stick. On being questioned why she had it she revealed that it was to scare away looters who were stealing things from peaceful Kenyans. Her response has caught the attention of many as she was congratulated by many as well.

Robert Alai Kileleshwa MCA was moved by the lady’s brave action and asked if he could get her phone number so that they could communicate. He stated that he is ready to offer security to the lady after she shown that she doesn’t allow unpeaceful protests. How brave was the lady ready to counter the goons who looted public properties?
